Dirt Rank should have /TPA
Suggestion
I know the reason why new players (non Rank) do not have access to /tpa but I think the Dirt Rank should have that perk. Hackers are not going to create an account just to get /tpa access. Give it to the new players so they have some type of teleport to their friends rather then relying on higher rank players to do so. This will help Performium grow in my opinion.
