A claim ban command

Everyone wants a /claimban (player name) option, since some players likes to be on some players claim to bug them and others wants to claim ban them off of their claims. Whenever hoff34 or cfield76 who stalks claims or even bugs everyone for something, can a command that let you claim ban them would be a thing. If they are claim ban and try to approach a claim, they have no access to be on it or do anything to annoy a player or bugs them. Same reason on wild smp, when Xelor was an issue with afk farms and he was ban to mostly all claims that have xp farms.
Suggestion: /claimban (player name)
