Enable Snow golems in End on CandySMP

I know why it got disabled after last time, but I've claimed a large end tower with the intention to turn it into a public shulker grinder. The only problem is this:

Grinders where shulkers attempt to kill players mean the shulkers are within killing distance of the player.
Shulkers only respawn if killed by other shulkers.
Shulkers do not attack anything other than players, unless provoked first.
IGs will attack shulkers, but kill them instead of other shulkers.

So my only choices are: Setup a farm that only I have access to or setup a farm where other players could troll the farm and ruin it.

Please enable snow golems in the end so I can build proper grinders.
