What mods am i allowed to use?

Hi, I was wondering which mods were allowed to be used in the server, specifically the survival SMP. I dont want to use anything to give me an advantage. I just want to use optifine with some shaders to make my game look nice and a custon cape mod so I can have a cool looking cape to match my minecraft character. I also want to ask about utility mods to make the game more smooth like the one that allows me to hold my mouse button down and drag on my item to transfer so i dont have to go to each one individually, I can understand if that does give some sort of advantage so I understand if that kind arent allowed.
