XP and perf website reward issues

I bought $10 worth of gems, and I went to my reward, I got a medium reward, I clicked it and redeemed it when I did, my xp went from 20.3k to 20.33k, it said I won 1k xp when it only gave me 10. if you can help me asap that would be appreciated, thank you!
