MAtmos mod and other Client mods

Hi so I have been thinking about using the following client side mods, MAtmos which adds environmental ambience, Sound physics adds location to noises like Zombie footsteps, works great with MAtmos, optifine shaders. I believe I will have to use Forge to get things working correctly. I dont do PVP as I am bad at PVP. I would want to check before adding them to avoid any issues with the server or moderation. If I cant add them then I am fine with staying with my current setup of Optifine. Thank you.
