"Heart of the Sea" as a chest reward item

Hey there! I think it'd be great if there was a "heart of the sea" item in one of the reward chests on your servers Hear me out - we can already win a beacon, right? Game changer item for sure.
To make that conduit you'd need a "heart of the sea" ONLY obtainable via following treasure maps to the treasure and even then, you would need to farm up 8 nautilus shells off "the drowned" mob to get them to make a conduit PLUS you'd need a whole bunch of sea lanterns to make the conduit.
Now here's the main problem on your public servers with this - whoever finds all the sunken ships first WINS all the conduits. No one else could ever, ever have one. See? That indefinate underwater breathing buff is a huge game changer, don't you think? Yeah beacons are fine but what about the conduits as well?
