Oneblock - an extra server restart to reduce lag

On some servers i know there been more then 1 restart a day to reduce the servers lag.
Since on oneblock the lag have been getting so much worst lately it could come in handy to add an extra restart.
so if current one is at one time, add the extra one 12 hours later so we can keep the lag down to an minimum on the server.
im mostly suggesting this since i see daily people complaining about the lag on the oneblock.
