What are things you'd LOVE to see on a new SMP server?

As the title states, what are some things you'd love to see on a new SMP server. It could be anything from a bigger world, to a leveling/questing system, to harder mobs, to hardcraft.
I'm curious what things you would like to see added to a new SMP server!
